HISTORY
Dr. Candace L. Cooper, Co-Founder and President, pursued the God-given vision and mission of the Christian International Bible College on a global status. She exemplifies her passion in her ministries containing global objectives. Dr. Cooper earned a Doctorate of Theology from International Apostolic University of Grace and Truth from Indianapolis, Indiana; a Master of Arts degree in Practical Theology from Ashland Theological Seminary, from Ashland, Ohio; and Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from the University of Akron from Akron, Ohio. As an administrator of Christian International Bible College, Dr. Cooper feels a spiritual obligation to teach bible-based course studies. Furthermore, she has worked for non-profit organizations, city, county and state sectors. MISSION AND VISION The purpose of the Christian International Bible College is to equip and train the body of Christ, and raise up leaders to train others as we take the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ throughout the world.Our Scriptures that support our vision and mission are found in Ephesians 4:11-13: And He gave some apostles; and some prophets; and some evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers; for the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ; Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God unto a perfect man; unto the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ. (KJV) ACCREDITATION We are a non-profit bible college and accredited with the World-Wide Accreditation Commission of Christian Educational Institutions. Also, the Articles of Incorporation, for the Bible College, are with the State of Delaware. |
In Loving Memory of Dr. Valerie J. Cooper

In loving memory of Dr. Valerie J. Cooper who was Co-Founder and Vice President of the Christian International Bible College and an accomplished woman of God. She founded the Greater Cleveland Tutorial and Training Services in 1983 and has helped thousands of high school students and underemployed residents of her East Cleveland neighborhood improve their computer and medical technical skills.
Additionally, Dr. Cooper was a researcher for several non-profit community service-based programs, and is a professional grant writer. She provided assistance to non-profit organizations applying for 501 (c) 3 status with the Internal Revenue Service. Dr. Cooper has earned three Doctoral degrees in the areas of Christian Education, Theology, Administration and Organization, and received an Honorary Doctor of Humanities from the International Grace University of Indianapolis, Indiana. Moreover, she served as an adjunct professor for the aforesaid university. In July 1998, Dr. Cooper received her clergy ordination by Bishop James David Nelson, World Assemblies of Restoration, Randallstown, Maryland. From September 1998 until December 2000, Dr. Cooper was appointed President of Life Outreach Urban Development Corporation, a church community social service agency from Greater Bethlehem Temple Faith Church, of Randallstown, Maryland. For the Corporation, she researched and drafted church community grant proposals. Furthermore, she researched, planned, organized and implemented a viable church community agency of which she participated in distribution of a community food bank and GED preparation classes. |
